Identifying Gaps at Your Club and Filling them When Hiring

If you’re looking back on the season, take stock of opportunities you might have capitalized on better. Did you engage your audience on social media as well as you could have? Did your club use the website to serve your members as they deserve to be served?
Looking forward to the season, what are some areas where you’d like to see your club elevate the experience for your guests and members? Should this be the year you expand the cocktail program in the lounge or start hosting group lessons on Facebook Live?
One direct way to approach this is in the hiring process. Look for skills or “superpowers” in prospective hires that can help fill these gaps.
